Game of Thrones, the now mythical series, finally gets to have its prequel, House of the Dragon. The latter will focus on the fall of the Targaryen empire, the fathers of the Dragons.
GoT already had a famous soundtrack, and we at Diggers Factory hope that HoD’s will be of the same quality!
All the factors seem to be gathered for that. With Ramin Djawadi in charge, no need to worry. The grandiloquent organs will resonate once again!
For those who broke their TV set 10 years ago, Game of Thrones is a series based on the works of George R.R. Martin.
The series is produced and broadcasted on the American cable channel HBO since April 7th, 2010. Set in the fictional continents of Westeros and Essos, the story explores several subplots revolving around the Iron Throne (the last descendant of the ancient ruling dynasty) and the Night's Watch, facing the White Walkers and the coming winter threatening the realm of the living.
The series is one of the most watched in history and has won numerous awards, including 47 Primetime Emmys, leaving in its wake many names etched in the memories of millions of viewers, and epic scenes that have their place in the pantheon of medieval fantasy.
All of this is enhanced by the travel-inducing compositions of the German-Iranian musician, Ramin Djawadi, student of the brilliant Hans Zimmer.
The soundtrack was awarded the Emmy Award in 2017 and can be found on our website. It compiles all the iconic songs of the British series, such as the main title of course, but also "Winterfell", "Mother of Dragons" or "Dracarys". Performed to perfection by The City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, you will find the original thrill of your first listen! We guarantee you, a Diggers always keeps their word!
